We want you to be delighted with your Skin GT products. If you are not completely satisfied, our Returns Policy below explains your rights and how to return items.

  1. Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods for any reason.

To cancel, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.

  1. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your intent to cancel.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare products unless they are faulty.

  2. We will send you return instructions and the return address.
  3. Pack the items securely in their original packaging.
  4. Post your return using a tracked delivery service to ensure safe arrival.

You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  1. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will:

  • Notify you by email, and
  • Process your refund within 14 days using your original payment method.

Refunds will cover the product price and standard delivery cost (if applicable).
If only part of your order is returned, delivery costs are non-refundable.

  1. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

  • Faulty or defective,
  • Damaged in transit, or
  • Incorrectly supplied,

please contact us within 7 days of receipt at [email protected] with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return postage costs.

At this time, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
